Saturday, November 14th I'll be at the Wave Ballroom in Appleton cropping for a great cause . . . and I hope you'll join me! My friend Angie is working overtime to put together an awesome fundraiser to benefit Alexis Arndt, a little girl here in Appleton who had a kidney transplant this summer. 100% of the proceeds from this crop will be given to Alexis' family to help cover the costs associated with her transplant.
Besides feeling good about helping this little gal, there is so much in it for you to join us! For a donation of just $35, you will receive lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, 14 hours of crop time, $1 make n' takes, and a chance to win giveaways and door prizes. Plus there will be many great silent auctions to bid on, including (most likely!) a new Cricket and many other items donated by company sponsors such as Basic Grey, Bo-Bunny, Memory Works, Club Scrap, local consultants, and more!
I know that I'll be set up as a vendor all day (8 AM - 10 PM) and you can come take a look at my "booth". I'll have some great cards that you can make for a $1 donation to Alexis. I'm also going to give every one of my readers the opportunity to make this page for free . . .
I really need to mention that this page is VERY inspired by Shauna Nuttell, another consultant. Thank you, Shauna! To receive this page, all you have to do is contact Angie Peterson at 993-1899 or firstname.lastname@example.org to register and then post me a note in the comment section of this thread that you'll be there. Please do so by November 7th so I have enough packets prepared. Angie is also offering a free gift to the first 100 people that register so hurry!!!
If you'd like to know more about Alexis, this event, or other fundraisers for her, check out her story at http://www.cotaforalexisdaniellea.com/.
THANKS! You guys are the best!
